Panesko cannot beat me in a debate, so he got an anti-harassment
order against me to keep me from calling into his talkshow. He can do
that because he knows the Lewis County Democrat Party is DEAD.

My legal argument is that there is nothing in the law authorizing the
court to issue an anti-harassment order against me.
In the first place, there is absolutely NO precedent for Panekso to be
granted an anti-harassment order pursuant to RCW 10.14.
In the second
place, RCW 10.14.010 clearly shows that the intent of the legislature
is protect one's privacy. How can Panesko claim his privacy is being
violated when he begs people to call his talkshow using public airwaves?
The Superior Court has not heard my appeal yet.
Please get back with me and tell me if I've got a legitmate case or not.
