None of us use the King's English all the
time. In fact, using absolute English grammar all the time makes us
sound "stuffy." I go out of my way to talk like a hick. It adds
character.
John Panesko always brags that he's
a bigwig in Toastmasters.
Listen very carefully and hear him pronounce SANDwiches as SAMwiches.

finally started pronouncing it SANDwiches. But he couldn't help
himself.
He did let it slip one time.
